Results
We built on the knowledge base of Novay's Future Workspaces project, garnering specific insights for their continuing efforts.
I will be presenting our results at the mLife2009 conference in September.
Task
This was our design case for the USI program, for which got to work with a coach from the Future Workspaces project.
We were tasked with researching user requirements for mobile workers, designing a concept to fulfill them, and evaluate that concept.
My Role
I drafted our interview guidelines, conducted interviews, and recruited interviewees. Participated in creating our affinity diagram, conducted reflection studies, and drew our storyboards.
Contributed to concept ideation, directed and edited our video prototype, participated in focus groups, and conducted follow-up interviews. Designed our survey and analyzed the results.
