Results
The implementation tests were carried out successfully, and our workflows and test scripts were used for the Maastricht University knowledge base.
Task
Maastricht University wanted to integrate its CRM activities using SAP CRM, so they carried out integration and acceptance tests before implementation.
My Role
I worked on the three-strong testing team, creating workflows (with Mavim SIS), and writing test scripts. I also collaborated with the technical team on button, layout, and interaction design.
